David and Alysia's love story began while working at Starbucks together. David, a green bean barista, found himself under the guidance of Alysia, a seasoned barista trainer. They were both initially shy, and Alysia soon pursued her passion for preschool teaching, which put a hold on their soon-to-be romantic journey.

After a year went by, Alysia returned to Starbucks and they soon found themselves working closely together once again. During this time, they both realized they attended San Jose State University and shared a love for the Lord.

Bible studies and shared homework sessions became the cornerstone of their growing connection. Yet, as romantic feelings blossomed, they both hesitated to take the next step, fearful of jeopardizing their cherished friendship. After a period of fasting and prayer, they felt peace from the Lord and officially started dating on May 11th, 2018.

Over the years, David and Alysia's bond has flourished, mirroring their journey of faith. Together, they have weathered life's highs and lows, shared laughter, tears, trials, and triumphs. Their adventures have only strengthened their love and deepened their commitment to each other and to Christ.

Now, as they embark on this new chapter together, David and Alysia are filled with anticipation, eager to share their joy and celebrate their unwavering commitment to each other.
